Oversize Load Signs
More infoOversize Load Signs & Wide Load Safety Flags
The Department of Transportation requires trucks with loads exceeding the legal limit for width and height to use some type of indicator that warns the other passengers on the road. These signs are used to indicate a load that could be damaging to other passengers if they are not careful. Therefore, it is very important to make sure that you are using the right signs to let others know that you are carrying an oversized load. Not only because it is the law, but also because it is the safe thing to do.
Many states require both an oversize load sign and a red safety flag on loads that exceed a certain limitation. Our Oversize and Wide Load Signs meet all requirements set by the Department of Transportation.
We know that these Oversize Load Signs and Safety Flags will be outside for long periods of time so each one is made with durable materials that will be able to stand up against the elements! Our Safety flags can be ordered with or without the wooden dowel and our Oversize Load Signs can be ordered with either ropes or bungee cords as an attachment option.
You can find more about the regulations of what is required for the requirements of each state on the Department of Transportations website which can be located here. You can also contact our experts if you have any questions regarding any of our oversize load signs, wide load signs, or safety flags.
