The hoops provide a larger surface area to reduce the number of jack bars or cargo bars that are needed to tackle the job. This also helps create a safety net for when multiple bars are used to further ensure that the load does not tip over during transit or when unloading. The welded hoops are made from high-quality welds that ensure ultimate safety and quality through repetitive usage.
This jack bar helps to provide load stabilization to help prevent stacked boxes, pallets of cargo, or other top-heavy cargo from tipping over during transit which otherwise could cause a dangerous situation when unloading and opening the dock doors. This load bar is the most sturdy pressure-style jack bar that we manufacture and is one of the best quality bars on the cargo control market. Due to the surface area of this product, it is required to go LTL freight and has a 10-piece minimum order size.
The jack on this square jack bar works like the old-style car jacks that you pump the handle which will push the foot out on the bar to the desired length.
