Our 4” x 27’ Ratchet Strap with Flat Hooks is one of our heaviest-duty and most popular ratchet straps used for securing cargo on flatbed trailers. This strap features our heaviest-duty 4-inch polyester tie-down webbing featuring a 24,000 lbs breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit rating of 5,400 lbs per strap. Polyester is the webbing of choice as it provides excellent durability, heavy-duty strength, and very little stretching to ensure your cargo remains in place throughout transit.
The Ratchet hardware on this strap is approximately 12 inches in length and weighs over 9 lbs and is designed to provide you with added leverage to tighten straps to the desired slack and provide you with the heavy-duty strength and durability you need to secure extremely heavy loads. The ratchet hardware is also treated with a zinc coating that helps add durability to the hardware while outside in the elements for long periods of time and helps protect the hardware against corrosion.
