Our 4” x 27’ Ratchet Strap with Chains and Hooks is manufactured and designed to secure larger loads on flatbeds and step-deck trailers. This ratchet strap is made from our heaviest-duty 4-inch wide polyester tie-down webbing that features 24,000 lbs webbing breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit rating of 5,400 lbs. Polyester is the webbing of choice for cargo securement applications as it provides ultimate strength, durability, and little stretching to ensure that once secured it does not move out of place or become unsecured during transit.
The heavy-duty ratchet hardware is extremely durable and made with a protective zinc coating that helps protect the hardware while outside in the elements for long periods. The Transport Chain End Links are made from Grade 70 Transport Chain and are visibly stamped G70 so you know exactly what your chain is rated for safely as well as staying in compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) industry standards for cargo control.
