Our 4-inch Custom Winch Strap with Chain and Hook is made from our heaviest-duty 4-inch wide polyester tie-down webbing featuring a 24,000 lbs breaking and a safe assembly working load limit rating of 5,400 lbs. Our 4-inch polyester tie-down webbing is designed to provide ultimate strength and durability to help secure some of the heaviest and oddly shaped cargo loads on the road for flatbed trailers. Polyester webbing is the webbing of choice as it is treated with UV resistance to ensure protection from direct sunlight and stretches very little to ensure the cargo does not move out of place during transit.
Our Chain and Hook hardware features a 16,200 lbs breaking strength and is made from Grade 70 (G70) Transport Chain and is stamped every 7th chain link to stay in compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) industry standards for cargo control. This 4-inch winch strap is custom-made to order and is made in-house with the optional color of tie-down webbing and the overall length of the strap you need.
