Our 4-inch Custom Ratchet Strap with Wire Hooks is made with our heaviest duty 4-inch wide polyester tie-down webbing that has a 24,000 lbs breaking strength and a safe assembly working load limit of 5,670 lbs per strap. Polyester is the webbing blend of choice as it provides excellent strength, durability, and very little stretching to ensure that once your cargo is secured it does not move out of place. This strap is designed to meet or exceed the Department of Transportation (DOT) industry standards for cargo control.
Our 4-inch Ratchet Straps are ideal for securing heavy, oddly shaped, or oversized cargo on flatbed trailers. Wire Hooks are ideal as they can quickly latch to installed rub rails along the flatbed trailer, stake pockets, or a variety of ring fittings such as d rings. The Ratchet hardware for our 4-inch Ratchet Straps is designed to provide the ultimate leverage and provide you with ease of use to secure the cargo to the desired tightness and features a 24,000 lbs breaking strength.
